Community Service tasks:
- Clean Restrooms
- Pick up trash and empty full trash bins
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clear walking paths
- Clean MVFB vehicles
Conduct and Appearance Standards:
Zero tolerance policy for anyone under the influence of or in possession of drugs or alcohol on the MVFB premises or while representing MVFB out in the community.
Dress appropriately for your duties. For example, physical work requires clothing that is comfortable and durable. Always wear closed toe shoes, no heels. Clothing should not be revealing or include images/logos that are inappropriate. (Staff has the authority to determine what is or is not appropriate.)
Use of cell phones or music players will not be permitted.
You are expected to complete tasks and listen to instructions given by the Market Manager or other staff members. Refusal to do a task may result in dismissal from MVFB.
Bribing or joking about bribing anyone in exchange for time written off for Community Service hours will result in permanent dismissal.
Main tasks are to maintain cleanliness of warehouse, grounds and property (such as MVFB vehicles). For example:
